Our pricing system is built for tour operators and agencies: predictable net rates per module, a recommended gross for direct sales, and a published discount policy so you know the price of a group before you ask for it.
Net rates for the trade
Every quotation is issued net, per person or per group, without commission built in. You add your own margin and sell at your own price.
Gross on request
For agencies reselling directly to end clients we also issue a recommended gross rate including Polish VAT under the tour operator margin scheme.
No hidden extras
Parking, driver accommodation, guide meals, city taxes and reservation fees are shown as separate lines — never discovered on the final invoice.
Rate validity
Quotations are valid 14 days; contracted series rates are fixed for the whole season once the allotment agreement is signed.

Discounts apply to services operated by us (guiding, transport, programme handling). Third-party entrance tickets with fixed public prices are passed through at cost.

Season & timing
- Low season (Nov–Mar, excl. holidays): −8 % on hotel-inclusive packages
- High season (May–Sep) supplements shown separately per hotel
- Early-booking bonus: −2 % for files confirmed 120+ days ahead
Structure of the file
- Multi-service files (hotel + transport + guiding) discounted over single services
- Longer stays: from the 5th night the per-night rate drops
- Combined city programmes (Kraków + Warsaw + Gdańsk) share transfer costs

Payment & cancellation terms
- Deposit 20 % on confirmation, balance 21 days before arrival.
- Bank transfer in EUR, PLN or USD; no card surcharge for the trade.
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival on standard files (hotel terms may differ and are always quoted).
- Name changes free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
- Invoices issued per file with a full cost breakdown for your accounting.
