- The module runs 7 h and is designed for 10–45 pax. Larger groups are split into parallel guided sub-groups so the pacing and audibility stay the same.

- Reserved educator slots; Transfer both ways; Briefing and dress code notes. Everything is quoted as a net trade rate per person, with transport, guiding and entrance fees itemised in the proposal.

- Museum entry slots with an educator are released months ahead and sell out fast in high season. We ask for confirmed dates at least 8–10 weeks before arrival; last-minute requests depend purely on Museum availability.
- Is there a dress code or age recommendation for the Memorial?
- The Memorial recommends visitors be at least 14 years old. Modest clothing, comfortable shoes and quiet conduct are expected; large bags must be left in the coach or the cloakroom.
